- Multi-dimensional Athlete Training -

Multi-Dimensional Athlete Training (M.D.T) is a hybrid training program for athletes looking to increase metabolic conditioning and looking for an alternative, high intensity training environment. These sessions are held at multiple times during the week in 45-minute intervals and are a great solution for: 

  • Increasing Cardiovascular Capacity
  • Increasing Lactate Threshold

*Assessment Protocols: There is no Athlete Assessment required to participate in an M.D.T session.
