Training Options: (PLEASE NOTE: A ONE-TIME PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT & CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY ADULT PERFORMANCE PROGRAM.)

 

Personal Training

  • SINGLE SESSION - $60/HR
  • 5 SESSION PACKAGE - $250 ($50/HR)
  • Schedule:  All Personal Training sessions are schedule by appointment. Please click the "Schedule My Assessment" button above to schedule you first Personal Training appointment.

Adult Performance

  • 8 SESSIONS/MO (2 DAYS/WEEK) - $80/MO
  • 12 SESSIONS/MO (3 DAYS/WEEK) - $120/MO
  • Schedule: Morning Availability: 6:30a - 8:30a (Monday-Friday) or Evening Availability: 5:30p - 7:00p (Monday-Thursday)
