In the PVIAC No. 4 race on Thursday, Matt Masciadrelli claimed the top slot individually, helping lead St. Mary to the South race victory. Masciadrelli — who finished with a time of 24.78 seconds — was one of the four St. Mary skiers to finish in the top 10 on Thursday: Nate Bonini claimed fourth overall with a time of 26.54, Jack Masciadrelli was fifth in 27.43, and Hayden Lussier was sixth with a time of 28.12.
East Longmeadow came in second in the South Division, with Cameron Ottoson (25.52 seconds) and Nick Ottoson (25.77) finishing second and third individually respectively.
Gateway finished third, placing three skiers in the top 10. Nicholas Herman, Jonathan Rooney and Brennan Foley all finished within a second of one another, placing eighth, ninth and 10th.
Andy Mier came in seventh individually for Holyoke with a time of 28.12. Ludlow came in fourth in the South with an overall time of 132.98, while Southwick finished fifth with a time of 138.67.
In the North Division, Dan Fernandes took first individually, posting a time of 25.03 seconds. He was one of five Lancers to place in the top 10: Kyle Gagne (fifth, 25.75), Kevin Hussey (sixth, 25.8), Ryan Cove (seventh, 26.27) and Peter Maziarz (10th, 26.51) all helped Longmeadow claim the overall team North title.
Charlie Denhart and Jack Denhart — both of Northampton — finished second and third with times of 25.52 and 25.54 respectively.
Neil Sheehan of Westfield tallied a time of 25.57 — good for fourth overall.
Mohawk came in second — with Dan White claiming seventh individually — while Westfield, Agawam and Amherst came in third, fourth and fifth respectively.
