At The Academy, we train athletes from all backgrounds of professional to amateur athletics. We take pride in our ability to cater programming that benefits each athlete individually and structure plans to have them working and competing at peak physical performance.

All of the athletes training with AP Strength will have the ability to utilize our TeamBuildr training platform. This program allows all of our athletes to receive online programming on their computer or mobile device if they are away from the building. This ensures our athletes will never miss a training session and helps our staff to better track and service our athletes progress.

Personalized Strength and Conditioning programs

YOUTH STRENGTH PROGRAMS . . .

AP Academy's Long-Term Athletic Development Model is the cornerstone for the Youth Strength & Conditioning Program. There are no short cuts to becoming a better athlete. Providing young athletes with realistic expectations in this era of instant gratification is not an easy task. A 6-week program requires a commitment on the part of the athlete and their parents. This commitment will solidify the foundation to allow the appropriate amount of time for proper (and safe) physical development. 6-weeks also revolves nicely around the sport seasons. Typically athletes will train with us between two and three 6-week training cycles throughout the year depending on the number of sports they are participating in. Each session is run in 90 minute intervals from start to finish.

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH PROGRAMS . . .

TEAM STRENGTH PROGRAMS . . .

Get your team or organization prepared for the upcoming season training with our coaching staff. There is no better way to establish and build team culture than pushing each other in the weight room. Our team has had great results working with a variety of organizations from youth sports to collegiate teams on their athletes strength and conditioning programs. These programs include development in the following areas; strength, power and plyometrics, core training, joint integrity & flexibility, hand-eye coordination and reaction drills, metabolic conditioning, recovery & regeneration and sports nutrition.

COLLEGIATE/PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS . . .

Our Collegiate and Professional Services are customized programs designed to help each athlete maximize their off-season training goals before heading back to campus or reporting for spring training. For collegiate athletes, maximizing off-season training regiments is a crucial piece for athletes getting back bigger, faster, stronger and more complete on the field than when they left. The programs constructed are the same programs utilized by our professional athletes as they prepare for spring training. Training with AP gives each collegiate athlete the opportunity to work with experienced coaches in every facet of their game.
